Flood Remediation

We remove standing water.  Then we institute a protocol based on measurements and numbers we get from multiple instruments and meters.  The next steps usually include removing wet and damaged materials, setting up multiple fans and dehumidifiers.  Measurements are taken every day to track progress and our strategy is adjusted accordingly.  When our measurements come back to normal and the house is now dry we move to repair.

Repair/Rehab

We will replace damaged or ruin carpet, flooring, subfloor and drywall.  Often times if we act fast enough we can save a lot of these things.  If not we can replace them like they didn't happen.

Mold Remediation

Often times a byproduct of flooding is mold growth if the water is not removed fast enough.  Some molds can begin growth in 48 hours.  We will set up negative pressure in the affected area.  Spray the mold and clean, wire brush, or sand depending on the mold.  After the mold has been remediated we then fog the area with a solution that prevents mold from growing back.

Repair the Cause

Whether the cause is a broken pipe or rising water table or leaking roof.   We can fix the cause so the issue does not repeat in the future.  If necessary we can install pumps and drainage systems.
